When you aren\’t getting enough sleep you\’ll feel added stress which may make you more subject to a panic attack. Getting masses of sleep will help to diminish stress and reduce the probabilities for causing a panic attack.

5. Exercise regularly :

Exercise releases endorphins into the blood. Endorphins are hormones that give you a natural feeling of euphoria. Routine exercise will also enhance your energy level, enhance your self image, and help you to relax all of which will aid in reducing the chances of having a panic attack.
